FxPro Direct

Use Direct for funding, documents, and creating trading accounts. Forgot-password on the Direct form resets the portal only. OTP/email codes can land in spam.

MT4 / MT5 / cTrader

Platform credentials come from the account card inside Direct. Wrong server looks like an invalid password. Hub: platforms. Practice on a demo first.

App sessions

The official FxPro app can cache an old session. Sign out fully, then re-login. Skip Telegram APKs.

Still blocked?

  • Do not paste MT4 password into Direct (or the reverse).
  • Try a private browser window if Edge web fails.
  • No account yet? Start at open account.

Forgot password?

Use Forgot password on Direct for the portal; platform passwords reset from the account area.

MT4 works but Direct does not?

Different credentials. Reset Direct separately.
